A character Edwardian house with a delightful walled garden situated in the heart of Felpham village. A five minute walk to the beach and a further ten minute walk along the promenade to Bognor Regis and Butlins. There is a  good choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes all with in walking distance. Local shops, a post office and St Mary's Church are just around the corner.

The official tourist board for England has recently awarded us 4 stars. We have three double en-suite rooms available, plus two twin rooms each with their own sink, which share a beautiful period bathroom and adjoining shower room. We also have a comfortable lounge/dining room with a log fire for cold winter days.
